Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot has always been tempted by the prospect of playing in the Premier League, according to Fabrizio Romano as he addressed recent Arsenal transfer rumours involving the France international.
Rabiot is heading towards the end of his contract at Juve, and one imagines he’ll be seen as an intriguing option for a number of top clubs if he does end up being available as a free agent this summer.
Still, speaking exclusively to CaughtOffside for his latest Daily Briefing column, Romano explained that Rabiot still hasn’t received any concrete proposals from any other clubs, and that Juventus would try to keep him at the club with a new deal.
It seems the links with Arsenal may be a tad premature, according to the transfer news expert, though he did admit that playing in the Premier League would be a tempting option for the former Paris Saint-Germain man.
