April 16 – The Football Federation of Kosovo and Raiffeisen Bank, the main sponsor of Kosovo’s second tier league, have launched an educational campaign among the clubs to boost their digital footbprints and increase their images profile.
Raiffeisen Bank and FFK will visit all 20 clubs from the First League with the first round of seminars being at clubs from the region of the capital Pristina.
“For this season, Raiffeisen Bank is the main sponsor of the First football league. We have been supporters of sports, especially football, for many years, and now we have seen the way to put our focus on the First league. In addition to financial assistance, we are thinking of visiting all the First League clubs in Kosovo. Today we are in the region of Pristina where we will visit all the teams of this region and we will try to help with the digitization of these teams, offering our digital products that are an additional channel for receiving services and doing work in a way easier and faster,” said Flaka Çitaku, Marketing specialist from Raiffeisen Bank.
The initiative has been well received by plaers and clubs.
“For me as a footballer and for my colleagues, it is a very big step because it has raised the level of our league, both financially and with the name (Raiffeisen Liga e Pare) it has. The quality has increased both from the financial side and from the players’ side due to the increase in finances. The level of the First League is very close to the Super League,” said FC Ramiz Sadiku’s Adonis Zeqiri.
“This is very necessary for clubs and footballers. It helps the clubs for the payments of the footballers and undoubtedly the value of the league increases with the support of the sponsor”, said Shqiprim Kelmendi, from FC 2 Korriku.
