Aston Villa defender Diego Carlos is a target for Italian giants AC Milan, who are reportedly going to open contact over a move for the defender.
Unai Emery’s side have had a fantastic season and are on course to secure a top four finish and qualify for the Champions League, whilst they are also in the semi finals of the Uefa Conference League.
One of Villa’s standout performers this campaign has been Carlos, who has been brilliant following his return from from a serious Achilles injury.

Carlos has been brilliant for Emery’s side, making 33 appearances in all competitions as Villa close in on Champions League football.
The 31-year-old was named man of the match in both of Villa’s wins against Arsenal this season, however his impressive displays have reportedly attracted the interest of AC Milan.
Carlos is reportedly attracting interest from Italian giants AC Milan.
Both journalist Rudy Galetti and Spanish outlet AS, have reported Carlos is on the Rossoneri’s radar.
Milan were beaten to the title by city rivals Inter, and a summer of change is expected, with manager Stefano Pioli reportedly set to be replaced at the end of the season.
Both sources report the Italian giants want a new centre half, and Carlos was the “dream” target for the San Siro outfit.
It was also added that whilst contact hadn’t been made yet, it’s not expected to be long before it arrives.
