May 7 – AC Milan have unveiled online casino platform TG.Casino as the club’s Official Regional iGaming Partner in Europe.
Under the terms of the agreement, AC Milan will integrate a new fan engagement platform, providing supporters with “exclusive opportunities” and greater access to their club.
Founded in 2023, TG.Casino is the world’s first online casino based on the social media platform Telegram, a freemium, cross platform, cloud-based instant messaging service. The club said the partnership aims to “catapult” the casino brand into the top ranks of the gaming industry by leveraging AC Milan’s global reach.
No value or term was given to the partnership.
Dean Akinjobi, CEO of Football Media, who helped oversee the deal, said: “TG.Casino is growing at a phenomenal rate, the partnership with AC Milan is going to help to take the brand to the next level of growth and adoption.
“Football Media will be working with TG.Casino on maximising the collaboration through multiple activation strategies, enabling current and new customers to utilise assets associated with the AC Milan partnership, as well as providing a platform for innovation around Web 3.0, igaming and tokenisation.”
As part of the collaboration, holders of $TGC tokens will be eligible to win unique experiences with AC Milan. These include tours of the Milanello training center, official jerseys, and VIP access to events at the San Siro stadium.
Winless in their last four matches but with Champions League qualification already guaranteed, AC Milan will be hoping to finish the season strongly and secure second place in Serie A, a bittersweet placement 18 points behind arch-rivals Inter Milan.
