Chelsea are looking to improve their attacking options with the signing of Victor Osimhen at the end of the season.
According to TBR Football, Chelsea are willing to pay his £q10 million release clause this summer. However, the Blues would prefer to pay the money in instalments instead of a lump sum.
It will be interesting to see if Napoli are willing to accept that. Chelsea could include further add-ons in the deal to make it a lucrative proposal for Napoli.
It is no secret that Chelsea need to bring in attacking reinforcements and signing a quality striker should be one of their top priorities. The 25-year-old has been a key player for Napoli and he helped them win the league title last season. He has 17 goals in all competitions this season and he could prove to be a superb addition to the Chelsea attack.
