According to the Football Insider, Pep Guardiola’s team could move for the English centre-back to replace John Stones, who is unhappy at the club due to his limited playing time.
Branthwaite has been a star for the Toffees after impressing in his breakout season at Goodison Park.
The young defender formed a solid defensive partnership with James Tarkowski and helped Everton avoid relegation, in a season which was full of crisis for them.

Because of his performances, the 21-year-old has been added to Gareth Southgate’s provisional 33-man England squad for Euro 2024.
