Arsenal are interested in signing the Belgian midfielder Amadou Onana from Everton during the summer transfer window.
According to journalist Ignazio Genuardi, the Gunners are strongly interested in the Belgian and they will compete with Tottenham Hotspur for the player.
Both North London clubs are keen on signing the midfielder who will cost €60 million (£51m) this summer. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to pay that kind of money for him.
Onana has been a reliable performer in the Premier League for Everton and he could prove to be a long-term asset for Tottenham and Arsenal.
Arsenal need to bring in a quality long-term replacement for Thomas Partey and Onana certainly fits the profile. He will help shield the back four and break up opposition attacks. He could form a solid partnership with Declan Rice at the heart of the Arsenal midfield as well.
