Ryan Sessegnon is on the verge of rejoining former club Fulham on a two-year deal with an optional extra year, according to a report.
Free agent Sessegnon was released by Tottenham at the end of 2023/24, having made 57 appearance since joining Spurs from Fulham in 2019 across a spell marred by hamstring problems.
The 24-year-old former England under-21 international, who had a trial at Crystal Palace, will return to Craven Cottage subject to a medical, BBC Sport has said.

Ryan Sessegnon: Fulham re-sign wideman
Palace had reportedly been hoping to complete a deal for Sessegnon and take the left-sided defender or midfielder on their US tour after he trained with the Eagles for several weeks.
Fulham manager Marco Silva now appears to have beaten them to the signing, restoring Sessegnon to the club where he began his youth career in 2008.
The Cottagers reluctantly allowed Sessegnon to join Spurs for £25 million in 2019 – their record outgoing transfer at the time.

Sessegnon’s goal at Bayern Munich on his first start for Tottenham in December 2019 was arguably the high point of his time at Spurs, making him the club’s youngest scorer in the Uefa Champions League.
A loan spell at German club Hoffenheim proved successful in 2020/21, but his injury problems worsened during his subsequent three seasons at Spurs and he has played only seven minutes of first-team football since January 2023, undergoing operations on both legs.
Fulham could be an ideal place for Sessegnon to rebuild his career, having been named in their matchday squad as a 15-year-old in 2015/16, scoring seven goals in 30 games the following season.
Despite spending the first half of the season in defence, Sessegnon top-scored with 16 goals in 2016/17 and was directly involved in three goals in Fulham’s glorious play-off campaign.
