Hammers reach agreement with Aaron Wan-Bissaka

West Ham United have started their transfer business smartly this summer.

After the departure of David Moyes and the arrival of new manager Julen Lopetegui, the Hammers have been actively looking to strengthen their squad.

They have added Max Kilman, Max Guilherme and Wes Foderingham to their squad so far and now they are edging closer to completing the signing of another defender.

The Hammers leaked goals for fun last season and that is why they have identified a proper defensive player to add to their squad.

According to Foot Mercato, West Ham have reached an agreement with Manchester United for the signing of Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

After deciding not to sign Bayern Munich’s Noussair Mazraoui, the Hammers have decided to sign the former Crystal Palace player.

Man United’s need to sign a more attacking full-back has opened the door for the east Londoners to sign Wan-Bissaka.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka to West Ham United?

The player is considered surplus to requirements at Old Trafford now and the Red Devils are willing to cash in on him.

The salary that the Hammers have decided to offer is reportedly going to convince the defender to join them.

Wan-Bissaka has been in and out of the Man United team and a move away from Old Trafford would benefit his career.

Jamie Carragher has praised West Ham target

His defensive skills have been praised in the past by Jamie Carragher, who called the Man United defender “the best one-on-one full-back in the world”, as reported by the Daily Mail.

He has shown time and again that he is one of the best defenders on his day and despite his lack of ability in the attacking third, he makes up for it with his defensive skills.

He would be the right addition to the West Ham defense and provide them with solidity and composure.
