Barcelona have intensified their pursuit of RB Leipzig forward Dani Olmo, with journalist Ferran Martinez reporting through Mundo Deportivo that the club has made a fresh offer.
The new proposal includes a fixed amount of €47 million plus an additional €13 million in variables. As of now, RB Leipzig have not responded to this offer.
The reporter mentions that Olmo’s agents are set to meet with him in Zagreb today before flying to Leipzig to push the deal forward. During this period, Olmo is making the most of his vacation while waiting for updates from his agents.
The meeting in Zagreb will allow them to discuss the current status of negotiations with Barcelona and gauge interest from other clubs.
Bayern Munich remain interested in Olmo, though RB Leipzig is reluctant to sell to a direct rival unless they meet the player’s valuation of €60 million upfront.

After the meeting in Zagreb, Olmo’s agents will head to Germany to meet with RB Leipzig officials. Their plan is to stay in Germany until the Barcelona deal is finalised or consider other options if negotiations stall.
Meanwhile, Leipzig are expected to review Barcelona’s offer in the coming days and respond by the end of the week. During this time, Olmo’s agents will serve as intermediaries between the German club and Barcelona.

The new offer from Barcelona, which could total around €60 million if all conditions are met, includes €3 million based on the number of games Olmo plays and another €10 million contingent on the titles he wins with Barcelona.
To sweeten the deal, Barcelona, who has already faced rejection from Leipzig twice, have proposed paying close to €25 million in September, with the remaining fixed amount paid in instalments.
