The main difference between CBS and ESPN broadcasting the EFL Championship comes from the quantity of games. Across the Championship, League One and the EFL Cup, CBS and Paramount+ will provide Americans with coverage of more games. While we do not know how many games specifically for the Championship will be available, the EFL said its rights deal with CBS will have coverage of 250 games across the three competitions. For reference, ESPN+ had coverage of 3-4 Championship games on ESPN+ each weekend.
