September 4 – Premier League club Nottingham Forest have announced a new partnership with online gambling operator Parimatch who become the club’s official UK betting partner.
Parimatch already has a strong presence in English football. Alongside its ongoing collaboration with Nottingham Forest, the brand has extended its agreement with Leicester City for the 2024-25 season. Previously, Parimatch has forged similar alliances with Newcastle United, Chelsea, and Aston Villa.
Meanwhile, Forest already have affiliations with two gaming sites: Asian-focused Kaiyun, who signed a front-of-shirt sponsorship in the 2023-24 season, and Betway, whose agreement was unveiled the day before the 2024-25 season began.
“We are delighted to start this new partnership with Nottingham Forest for the upcoming Premier League season. It’s going to be a thrilling season for Nottingham Forest as the club continues to reestablish itself in the top-flight of English Football. By starting this new partnership, Parimatch reinforces its commitment to supporting sports worldwide,” said Parimatch.
Paul Bell, Chief Operating Officer at Nottingham Forest, added: “We are delighted to welcome Parimatch as official partner of Nottingham Forest Football Club. We look forward to working with them through the 2024/25 season and welcoming them to the Forest family.”
After narrowly dodging relegation in May, Forest have opened with a decent start to the season. Draws to Bournemouth and Wolves sandwich an important victory away at Southampton, which have the club placed in the top half heading into the international break.
Their return on September 14 sees them travel to Anfield to face in-form Liverpool.
