Romania made an excellent start to their Nations League campaign at the weekend and will look to continue their positive form with a win at home versus Lithuania on Monday.

The Romanians were impressive on Matchday One, defeating Kosovo 3-0 after goals from Dennis Man, Razvan Marin and Denis Dragus.
They reached the last 16 of the European Championships and earned some new fans due to their attacking playing style, particularly in the opening match.

Horatiu Moldovan withdrew from the squad due to injury so Florin Nita will likely continue in goal.

Denis Dragus scored in the highlight game of the Euros for Romania – a 3-0 win versus Ukraine – and started his Nations League campaign off with a goal versus Kosovo.
Lithuania – Player to Watch?
Giedrius Matulevicius may not have been at his best against Cyprus but scored against Estonia in the Baltic Cup and a Lithuanian goalscorer is a rare thing these days.
Romania are too good for this group and proved that in the opening game. They face a similarly poor opposition on Monday against Lithuania so they will win this one with ease.
