Scotland will hope to register their first point in Nations League A, Group 1 when they visit Croatia tomorrow evening.
It has been a rough few months for Steve Clarke’s men, who have won just once in their last 14 games – a record that includes defeats to Poland and Portugal in the last international break in September.
They have several injuries to contend with too, while there may be a recall in goal for 41-year-old Craig Gordon.
Croatia are not the team of old but can still boast talent like Luka Modric, Josko Gvardiol and Mateo Kovacic. They started their campaign with a defeat in Portugal but bounced back well to see off Poland 1-0 thanks to a 52nd-minute strike from 39-year-old Modric.
