December 16 – The AFC has prolonged its media partnership with Sportdigital in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for the 2025-2028 cycle.
Sportdigital will proceed to be the Official Broadcaster for the AFC’s membership and nationwide staff competitions airing all matches of the AFC Asian Qualifiers – Highway to 26, the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 and AFC Champions League Elite on a dwell or delayed foundation.
There may also be prolonged protection of chosen matches from different competitions together with the AFC Champions League Two, the AFC U23 Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2026 in addition to the 2028 version, and the AFC Girls’s Asian Cup Australia 2026.
