Burnley have re-signed striker Ashley Barnes from Norwich on a deal till the tip of the season.
The 35-year-old, who beforehand performed for the Clarets between 2014 and 2023, rejoins Scott Parker’s facet with them sitting second within the Championship desk.
He has already been promoted to the Premier League on three events.

“It feels implausible to be again residence,” Barnes advised Burnley’s web site.
“Burnley has been a large a part of my life for over a decade, and I can’t wait to tug on the claret shirt once more.”
Barnes has scored 80 Premier League targets for the Lancashire membership, along with his greatest season coming in 2018-19 when he managed 12.
His long-time Clarets strike companion Chris Wooden is having a renaissance at Nottingham Forest this season, scoring 11 instances by Christmas.
Burnley face rivals Blackburn Rovers within the early kick-off on Saturday and will transfer degree on factors with leaders Leeds with a win.
