February 20 – The Bulgarian Soccer Union’s (BFU) Disciplinary Committee has ordered Lokomotiv Plovdiv to play 4 matches behind closed doorways and to partially shut their stands for one sport after their ultras attacked a match delegate final weekend.
Lokomotiv have been additionally fined BGN 20,300 leva (€10,150) following the brutal scenes on the finish of their efbet League match with Septemvri Sofia final Sunday, when Kiril Manolov was punched twice within the face.
Subsequently, the police in Plovdiv arrested two Lokomotiv followers, who have been questioned and shall be judged in a speedy process.
The BFU penalty may be appealed by the membership.
