Nico Williams, Bernardo Silva, Joshua Kimmich, Xavi Simons, Dani Olmo, and Guido Rodriguez are some of the names on Barcelona’s shortlist for the summer transfer window.
However, most of these aforementioned targets are almost inaccessible for the Catalan giants due to their economic situation.
That’s why the Barça sporting director, Deco, is also exploring options that are more in line with the club’s financial situation.
Ayoze Perez on the agenda
Now, AS reports that Real Betis forward Ayoze Perez has emerged as a possible option to reinforce the attacking line at Barcelona in the summer.
Perez is a footballer who has always been a player that Barcelona have always been interested in. However, this interest has never materialised.

One of the aspects of Perez that is also valued at Barcelona is his versatility. He can play as a striker, although that is the position he likes the least, and as a winger or even in the centre of midfield.
This season, Perez has been one of the most decisive players for Real Betis and has 11 goals and two assists to his name, with his partnership with Isco thriving.
A realistic target
The former Newcastle United and Leicester City man is seen as a realistic target at Barça and meets three requirements for the club: good, attractive, and cheap.
In addition to the enormous talent he possesses, Perez’s price is also very attractive for Barcelona. He has a contract with Betis until 2027, but his termination clause is only €4 million.
We will have to see how the market evolves, but Perez is one of the names on Deco’s agenda, as he seeks a player to reinforce the left flank at Barcelona in the summer.
